As a therapist at CPA, you will:

  • Be paired with your own clinical educator to guide you through clinical supervision, joint client appointments, and personalised upskilling

Made up of leading clinical specialists in speech pathology, occupational therapy, physiotherapy and behaviour support, our multidisciplinary Clinical Governance team guides policy, learning, development and evidence-based practice for all therapists.

Unrivalled professional development

The investment in your learning and development, through clinical supervision with experts in their field, formal training, and personalised learning plan exceeds $20,000 in your first 12 months, and $10,000 annually thereafter.

What will your first week at CPA look like?

  • You’ll meet your manager, team and clinical educator
  • Shadow senior therapists, meet your on-site buddy and get to know your way around service delivery
  • Participate in orientation training and activities, both clinical and organisational
  • Plan for meeting our wonderful clients
  • Start to meet other experts from across the organisation – from research and governance through to technology innovators and our award-winning Training Alliance
