What can I expect from the 2025 Graduate Program?

Your career with CPA will begin with a structured orientation program before continuing your first year of learning at one of our allied health development hubs. Here you will work with a multidisciplinary team and a diverse caseload covering a broad range of evidence based clinical experiences.

With CPA you can continue to explore opportunities to work across NSW and ACT, depending on your preferences and areas of specialisation, as well as pathways into leadership, research and clinical education.

Your manager and clinical supervisor will work with you to plan your career pathway.

Our investment in YOU

Your personalised learning journey is worth up to $20K in your first year.

CPA will continue to support your professional development throughout your career with opportunities such as attending and/or presenting at conferences and participating in accredited courses.

You will have a structured orientation into CPA that will include:

  • Intensive group training sessions with your fellow graduates 
  • Intensive multi-disciplinary teaching and clinical orientation
  • Your individual learning and development plan, supported by expert clinicians and courses from CPAs Registered Training Organisation
  • Your own clinical supervisor to assist you with your learning and development
  • Presentations and updates from the CPA Research Institute on the latest evidence-based practices

Ongoing career support

During your career at CPA you will receive ongoing personalised clinical supervision, mentorship and support.   

Your manager and clinical supervisor will continue to support you to use the skills you have developed and build up your caseload over time.

You will also have the opportunity to find out about our early diagnosis clinics, our unique tech accelerator, Remarkable, the CPA Research Institute, and explore areas of special interest.
