Welcome to Active Youth, our dynamic weekly program tailored for teens and young adults! This program offers group exercise physiology classes designed to help participants stay active and healthy while socialising with likeminded friends.
Led by ESSA-accredited exercise physiologists, each session includes exercises that are customised to meet individual goals in a supportive and social setting. Our approach ensures that every participant can progress at their own pace while enjoying the benefits of group activities.
Active Youth is not just about fitness; it’s also about fun and friendship. Participants have the opportunity to build strong social connections, making each session an enjoyable and fun experience.
Please note, our program aligns with the NSW school term dates, with individual assessments conducted during school holidays to track progress and set new goals.
