The NDIS Workforce Capability Framework provides guidance, tools and resources for participants, providers (disability services) and workers (e.g., Disability Support Workers). The Worker Capability Framework can be used to understand the attitudes, skills and knowledge expected of workers under the NDIS.
The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission are working with KPMG to learn if participants, providers and workers know about the Framework, and how they are using it.
