Domestic violence leave
CPA recognises that some employees, may at times, face difficult circumstances in their personal lives involving violence or abuse that can have an impact on their attendance or performance at work. We aim to create a supportive workplace where victims of family violence feel they can come forward for help or support. Employees experiencing domestic violence can access paid and unpaid leave entitlements to carry out activities directly associated with alleviating the effects of domestic violence on themselves or in support of an immediate family member or a member of their household.
Cerebral Palsy Alliance is passionate about diversity and promotes an inclusive work environment that values each other’s differences.
