Sport and recreation

Sport is good for our minds as well as our bodies.
Playing sport is about increasing health and fitness, as well as having fun, meeting other people and feeling part of a team or the community.

At Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPA) you can choose from a range of sports that can be played at a fun and recreational level, right through to an elite Paralympic level, with enthusiastic coaches who will be with you all the way. These sports may include boccia, race running, table tennis, athletics, football, futsal, water polo, triathlon, volleyball and more. Regardless of your level of mobility, there is a suitable sport for everyone!

We can also give you the confidence and competency to be able to play sport in your local community.
