Sport and recreation

Sport is good for teenagers’ minds as well as their bodies.

Playing team sport encourages cooperation and sharing, resilience, goal setting, relationship building and a feeling of connection to your team and community.

At Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPA) your teen can choose from a range of sports that can be played at a fun and recreational level, right through to an elite Paralympic level, with enthusiastic coaches who will be with you all the way. These sports include boccia, race running, table tennis, athletics, football, futsal, water polo, triathlon, volleyball and more. Regardless of the teens level of mobility, there is a suitable sport for everyone.
