Our Allambie based Equipment Services are looking for a volunteer to support an equipment services project to develop an inventory management tool/spreadsheet and to complete a stock take at the workshops commencing with Allambie.
Time: 2- 4 hours every week or fortnight
Where: Allambie Heights site
When: starting from 12th June
You would need to set up a systems to:
- Complete and enter stock
- Liaise as needed with suppliers for up-to-date pricing/price books
- Work with local technicians to identify the ongoing stock needs of the workshops and appropriate stock level management
This is ideal for a volunteer looking for administration experience and has attention to detail, task and process orientation and has medium to high proficiency in Excel. Previous experience in stock take/inventory management would be a bonus.
This could be once a week for a couple of hours or once a fortnight, depending on your availability.
