We are making it easier for our clients to book services with Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPA).
We have listened to our client's feedback about delays in re-booking and accessing services when their plan changes, due to having to provide written consent for a service agreement each time a new schedule of services is required.
Moving forward, our clients, their families and representatives will no longer be required to sign a new service agreement each time they require a new schedule of services. They will simply be able to provide verbal acceptance to their CPA Client Services Consultant or practitioner. Clients, their families and representatives can continue to provide written consent if this is their preference.
At all times, clients will be sent a copy of their updated service summary via email which will outline their scheduled services and costs, as well as provide links to access CPA's client's rights policy and cancellation policy, which are available on our website.
This change will provide more streamlined access for clients to ongoing CPA services.
