Position: Occupational Therapist

Cherrise joined Cerebral Palsy Alliance in 1994. Since then she has worked with children and adults with various diagnoses including cerebral palsy, genetic conditions and other syndromes.

Cherrise has an enormous depth of experience in hand function, upper limb splinting, seating, and specialised equipment needs for children and adults.

She holds a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy from the University of Queensland. Since graduating Cherrise has continued to participate in further education courses in her areas of speciality. She has also run upper limb splinting clinics and is involved in the prescription and fabrication of custom seating systems.
