Now running in Western Sydney, Northern Sydney and Newcastle, our adaptive sports programs are delivered in a friendly, supportive environment—focused on enjoyment, not competition. Every participant receives a personalised assessment with a Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist, so we can tailor each experience to suit your goals and needs. If you’re keen to build your skills in another sport, we also offer one-on-one programs for more personalised support.
Love team sports? Join one of our fun group programs to build your basketball, soccer, athletics or swimming skills in a supportive team setting with friends. Suitable for GMFCS I-III or equivalent.Â
Prefer more personalised support? These same sports are also available as one-on-one programs, so you can learn, play and progress at your own pace.Â

Please note: To comply with NDIS requirements, all clients must complete an individual assessment with a Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist before actively participating in the program which is why we cannot unfortunately offer trial sessions for new clients.Â
The NDIS doesn’t fund sport as a general activity. However, sport can be used as a therapeutic tool – to help you achieve goals like improving mobility, coordination, social skills or emotional wellbeing. Â

Yes! Parents and carers are welcome to stay and observe the session.Â
Siblings can join in as a carer if it helps the participant engage and enjoy the experience.Â
Please note: siblings must be registered to participate and cannot join for free. If you’re interested in signing up a sibling, please contact us for more information on 1300 888 378.Â
Our Allied Health Assistants are trained to support children with behavioural and sensory needs, including managing meltdowns or escalations, sensory overload, and other challenges.Â
During your child’s assessment with a Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist, we ask about any specific support needs or strategies that help your child feel safe, included, and engaged. This helps us tailor the experience to suit your child’s individual needs.Â
Programs run weekly for 10-weeks during the school term at locations across Sydney and Newcastle. You can check our website for times and venues near you.Â
We aim to match participants by age and gender to support engagement and enjoyment.Â
At the start of new groups, we may not have enough participants to create separate age or gender-based sub-groups. Groups are open to all ages and genders, with a focus on school-aged participants. As group numbers grow, we explore options to divide into age- and gender-matched sub-groups.Â
Our Allied Health Assistants and volunteers are trained to foster strong group engagement and, where possible, pair participants for activities in ways that support inclusion and participation.Â
Our team is passionate about sport—they love playing it, coaching it, and helping others enjoy it too. Their energy and enthusiasm make every session fun, supportive, and focused on helping you reach your goals. Â
Our staff are qualified Allied Health Assistants who have a strong background in sports and movement and mobility. Most of our staff are also studying physiotherapy, exercise physiology, occupational therapy or speech pathology.Â
All staff are trained in First Aid and carry a First Aid kit with them every session.Â
