Our customers say

'I've been attending CPA gym twice a week for 18 months focusing on my goals of staying mobile and independent. When I heard about the Upright and Active Balance Group I jumped at the opportunity to be a part of it.

I now find chores around the house and activities during the day much easier. It’s given me confidence to try things I wouldn’t have before. - Cathy White
