Active Youth is a weekly program designed for participants aged 13-25 to engage in group exercise physiology classes with their peers. 

These small groups as facilitated by ESSA accredited exercise physiologists and involve specific exercise focused on individual goals in a group environment. 

This environment is fun and engaging allowing individuals to interact and build strong social connections whilst keeping fit and strong!  

Note: This weekly program runs in line with NSW school term dates with individual assessments being held during school holidays.

What does it involve?
  • Facilitation of exercise session in group format 
  • Sessions include warm up, facilitation of exercises specific to individual goals and cool down/ stretch.

  • Participants who are able to independently follow an individual program (or with the support of a carer)
