Your child is born with 100 billion neurons in their brain.

Let’s put them to work.

At CPA, we know how to point those neurons in the right direction. Through scientifically designed activities and engaging learning experiences we support babies and children with a range of physical and neurological conditions to build stronger foundations for better learning and development.

Through our clinically backed early intervention programs and experience leading one of the world’s largest early intervention clinical trials to improve movement and cognition¹, we give you science backed hope. It’s one of the reasons why parents recommend our services.

In fact, 9 out of 10 parents recommend our CPA Early Childhood Intervention services².

Flexible and convenient services

Depending on your child’s needs, we can deliver our programs in a range of different ways, and from different locations giving families more choice and flexibility.

Giving children time to focus on their goals with a specialist physiotherapist, occupational therapist or speech pathologist, in a one-to-one setting, and in an environment that works best for the family – at home, in the community or at a CPA centre.

Group programs give children an opportunity to work on their individual goals with the additional benefits of learning from others, peer motivation, and development of play and social skills. They also give parents an opportunity to meet and get-to-know other parents.

Designed around the principles of neuroplasticity, our individualised and group intensive therapy programs accelerate skill development, over a short period of time, and deliver results that are long lasting.

Parents are often a child’s most important teacher particularly at this young age. CPA offers parent training programs to support them in this important role including More Than Words® – The Hanen Program® and It Takes Two To Talk® – The Hanen Program®. Our therapists also provide parents with regular support and knowledge so they can continue therapy at home.
