Supporting Families to Plan for What’s Next

Families of young people in Years 8 - 12 are invited to join Cerebral Palsy Alliance for an upcoming Family Information Session focused on future planning, Lifestyles pathways and navigating the NDIS.

The teenage years can be an exciting but sometimes overwhelming time for families as they begin thinking about life beyond school. This session is designed to provide practical guidance, answer common questions, and help families feel more confident about the next steps for their child. 

Hosted by CPA Lifestyles and NDIS experts, the session will cover: 

Whether you’re just starting to think about the future or already navigating transition planning, this is a great opportunity to gain information, connect with others and learn more about the supports available.
