You’re Invited to Participate in our Client Focus Group on our Impact Framework

Cerebral Palsy Alliance is committed to developing an Impact Framework that is aligned to our new Strategy 2030. To help shape the framework, during November we will run a series of virtual focus groups with clients, people with lived experience, leaders and employees.

As a client of CPA, we’re excited to invite you to take part. During the session, we’ll discuss how the new framework can best measure and communicate our impact and how it can be most useful. Your insights and experience will help us ensure the framework reflects the outcomes and impact we want to achieve together.

Format of the Focus Group

The following questions will be discussed during the focus group:

What outcomes matter most to you?
What’s one thing you really like about the framework?
What is missing or needs to change in the framework?
How easy was it to understand the framework?
What support or tools do you think CPA would need to measure and report on our impact goals?
How could this framework be improved?
Do you have any other comments or questions about the framework?

Please read this document before your session for some background information.
To ensure everyone has an opportunity to share their ideas in the focus group, we will use Mentimeter to collect your feedback and we will record the session.
