Since starting as a Supported Employee at Packforce, Frank has enjoyed keeping busy and contributing as part of the team. He has found the work to be a positive benefit in many ways. “Having plenty of work to do results in high morale. I feel valued for my contributions and this gives me a sense of purpose,” he shared.
What Frank values most about Packforce is the friendly, supportive and inclusive workplace culture. From day one, he says his colleagues and staff have made him feel welcomed, encouraged and confident in his role. “I am grateful to work within a friendly team and welcoming environment. My colleagues and the staff have been very supportive to me from the start,” Frank shared.
Frank encourages others to consider Packforce as a pathway into employment and community connection: “I would highly recommend Packforce. It is a great place to build new friendships and learn new jobs.”
Outside of work, Frank enjoys following soccer, cricket, and basketball. He also fondly remembers spending time playing pool with family and friends before health reasons prevented him from continuing.
For Frank, inclusion means “Ensuring people are welcomed, accepted and included, whilst feeling safe and being your true self without being judged by anyone.”
Returning to work at Packforce has given Frank renewed confidence, connection and purpose, and he is grateful for the opportunity to once again be part of a supportive workplace community.
