Active Adults is an exercise physiology group program delivered by CPA’s ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEP).Â
Our inclusive group programs promote improved health and well-being using exercise and physical activity. You will have the opportunity to develop strength and fitness in a safe, fun and friendly environment. Â
Erina’s Tuesday program is specifically designed for boys and men ONLY aged 16-21 years. This program follows the same activity and outcome criteria as Active Adults. The groups are kept small so participants build strong friendships as a result of participation.Â
Canberra’s Active Adults program offers two different types of sessions, one with support and one as an independent exercise program. The timings of these sessions vary, please contact us to learn more about what program suits your needs and goals.Â
Note: All Active Adult programs run in line with NSW school term dates with individual assessments being held during school holidays.Â
