Working Together: Innovation to Improve Emergency Department (ED) performance and patient outcomes for adults with disability

What’s involved? We would like to interview you to find out about your ED visit:

• what went well
• what could have been done better, and
• your ideas on how care in ED might be improved for adults with disability seeking care
