Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPA) is the NDIS Partner in the community delivering Early Childhood Early Intervention (ECEI) services for Northern Sydney.
As an ECEI Practitioner at CPA you’ll have the opportunity to build upon your professional and clinical expertise, gain recognition as a NDIS subject matter expert (SME) and make a real difference in the lives of others. You’ll work closely with families and children, assess their needs, facilitate intervention programs, build connections in the community and provide essential supports needed to enable participation and inclusion.
You’ll guide NDIS participants (0-6 years) and their families in choosing the right-fit service providers and conduct regular reviews to assess if agreed goals and outcomes have been achieved. You will work closely with families to ensure they are getting the best outcomes for their child at the pivotal moments in their journey.
The location for this position in flexible, however, the role will require you to travel across Northern Sydney to meet clients and their families.
