No experience required. If you have a passion to make a difference, we will provide you with all the training and support you need to be successful in your new career. We provide recognised qualifications through our own Registered Training Organisation, (including Cert III) in addition to informal, on the job training.

Employment options
We have a range of permanent (full-time or part-time) and casual opportunities available in:
- Accommodation Services – here you’ll be part of a team that provide 24/7 assistance to clients in small group home settings. We have a variety of shifts available, all we ask for is a minimum availability from you of 3 days a week.
- Day Programs – where you’ll assist individuals and groups of clients to participate in the community or with personalised programs. Shifts are generally 6 hours Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:00am to 3:30pm.
