Frank Sharma
Position: Youth and Life Skills Coach

Frank believes every young person should receive the essential physical and emotional support to enable them to live their best life possible.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Behavioural Science from Sacramento City College and UC Davis in America in 1998 and worked his way up to become Process Manager at Alcoa Australia. However, his passion for assisting young people led him to seek a position with the Cerebral Palsy Alliance youth team in 2015.

Frank’s role is to support teens to develop a range of social, communication and lifestyle skills that will enable them to live fulfilling, independent lives. He is motivated to work with teens and young adults to achieve positive outcomes that help them achieve their goals.

Frank says he’s still a big kid at heart. His teenage love affair with video games remains undiminished, and gives him common ground with his youthful clients.
