Prue Campbell

Prue Campbell
Position: Occupational Therapist

After 40 years working as an Occupational Therapist, Prue brings a wealth of experience to her clients and their families in the New England rural region.

She started with Cerebral Palsy Alliance in 2011, and has remained with the organisation because she enjoys the diversity of clients she works with. While many have cerebral palsy, Prue also sees people who have a variety of physical and neurological conditions, including autism.

She relishes the challenge of using a wide range of clinical reasoning skills to support clients and their family to reach their goals.

Her clinical skills and expertise are in sensory processing, Assisting Hand Assessment and upper limb intervention, handwriting and fine motor skill development. She also has well developed skills in wheelchair and equipment prescription.

In fact, Prue’s specialist knowledge is such that she has been involved in the supervision of CPA staff across Northern Rural Regions of NSW, and presented clinical educational sessions to colleagues.

The depth of her experience means Prue is quick to focus on achievable solutions that enable clients to achieve their goals – both big and small.
