Fun and engaging school holiday program filled with sports, games and creative activities!

Multi-Sports - Online School Holiday Program (13-18 years) provides High School aged students with sport and recreational activities over both weeks of the Spring School Holidays. Participants and families can select the session that best suits them or combine the programs (Monday 20th – Friday 1st October).


What does this program involve?

High intensity group – Speed, Strength & Skill (2-4pm)

  • Exercise sets and drills
  • Cardio Exercises
  • Goal setting for everyone
  • Skill development through “demo-repeat-watch-feedback”
  • Each participant will receive a box of basic equipment
  • Focus on a variety of sports
  • Adaptive sports I.e. paper javelins


Recreation group – Fun, Friends and Fitness (11am to 1pm)

  • Fun challenges
  • “Sock Olympics”
  • Scavenger hunt
  • Show and tells
  • Theme days
  • Talent quests with dance and performance
  • Yoga, aerobics, and fun movement
  • Para sport theme


Who is this program for?


  • Aged 13-18 years
  • Looking to be active, make friends and engage in fun and social activities  
  • Looking to meet peers with similar interests


What are the expected outcomes?

  • Have fun, see old friends and make new ones
  • Keep active and stay busy
  • Learn new skills, try different sports and stay fit
  • Increase social & community participation in lockdown
