Thinking differently about how to spend the day
CPA Masterclass offers young people fun group programs with their peers, facilitated by a Life Skills Coach and our expert CPA Disability Support Practitioners – all the while focussed on building a pathway to purpose, work and community engagement.
Group-based capacity building programs develop confidence, connection with others and develop goals for skills building, independence and participation; building to enhanced skills for employment, including exploring volunteer, work experience and paid employment options.
Participants have the option of choosing to access the program for up to 5 days per week, and up to 50 weeks per year.
What's involved?
- Facilitate social interactions and connections
- Engage with communities of interest
- Individualised learning around employment pathways
- Provide skills development in the community
- Deliver project based learning
- Deliver individualised and personalised support and development to young people
- Information sharing and communication with family and carer networks

Who can enrol in Masterclass?
Young adults:
- Aged 17-30 years
- Living with physical and/or neurological conditions
- Looking for post school options
- Seeking meaningful activities with opportunity to increase employability skills
- Wanting an alternative to a traditional day program in a centre
- Wanting to build their confidence and connect with others
