HABIT-ILE uses playful and engaging methods that will motivate your child in a fun and social environment.
What does it involve?
- Craft, Scooter and Bike Riding
- Everyday living skills
- Gaming technologies
What are the outcomes?
- Fine and gross motor skills accelerated development and improvement
- Confidence and improve ability to participate in daily activities at home, at school and in the community
Who is the program for?
- 6-13 years
- Children who have mild to moderate cerebral palsy or similar condition (GMFCS I-III) who can follow instructions and participate in a group environment
- With a goal to strengthen, fine tune or learn new motor skills so they can play and participate more confidently in everyday activities. Goals can include riding a two wheel bike, catching a ball, tying shoe laces, walking up and down stairs more independently and others.
