Where science is brought to life

The young inventors is a Saturday group program designed by a multi-disciplinary team. The group is aimed at promoting and developing your child’s fine motor and language skills in a fun and creative environment.


Who is this program for?

  • Children aged 7-12 years with a diagnosed disability
  • Children will need to:
    • Be mobile
    • Be able to interact and participate in activities
    • Have fine motor goals
    • Have language goals including following instructions, recount, sequencing
    • Verbal or a proficient AAC user


What does this program involve?

  • Making robots, slime, volcanos and grass heads


Your chill will learn:

  • To work as a team to design and create their inventions
  • To sequence events and problem solve
  • To improve social skills
  • To manage emotions in unpredictable situations
  • To improve fine motor skills
  • To improve independence
  • To improve ability to follow 1 & 2 stage instructions.
