Join us for Boxability as we work on your strength and fitness in a motivating, fun and supportive environment. Not only will you have fun working out with new people, but also work on your coordination, stamina and increase confidence!
What does this program cover?
In a Boxability class, not only will you have fun working out with new people in a friendly and positive environment, but also work on your coordination, stamina and increase confidence!
There are also a number of potential health benefits which include:
- Improved cardiovascular (heart) health
- Increased trunk and upper limb flexibility
- Improved reaction time and cognitive functioning
- Increased body composition (weight loss)
- Increased stress relief and creation of 'feel good' hormones
- Increased coordination
- Increased social and community participation
Who is this program for?
- Individuals aged 12+ years
- Groups created based on age, ability and needs.
- Participants must be comfortable in groups, have good receptive language and able to follow simple instructions
