Improve your running skills, coordination, agility and balance!

The group sessions comprise a range of skills and drills to help increase speed, stamina and gross motor function. You will improve your running efficiency as well as other skill related components including coordination, agility and balance!


Who is this program for?

  • Teens aged 12 to 18 years
  • All disabilities are welcome
  • Participants must be comfortable working in groups, able to comprehend simple instructions, and have good receptive language
  • Participants must be able to ambulate without any support aids (e.g. walkers or crutches)


What's included?

  • Running drills focusing on endurance, speed and acceleration / deceleration
  • Group based activities including active game play
  • Sports specific drills focusing on improving agility, coordination and functional balance


Who is the group run by?

A Experienced sports coaches and allied health staff who specialise in working with people with disabilities will run groups up to 6 participants.
