Train your mind, body and spirit with Martial Arts!

Fighting Fit is a fun way to exercise and meet new people in a friendly and positive environment.


Who is this program for?

  • Adults aged 18+
  • All disabilities are welcome
  • Participants must be comfortable in groups, have good receptive language and able to follow simple instructions
  • Mixed Mobility users welcome, minimum requirement ability to stand and weight bear/ walk (suitable if with assistance)

What's included?

The class will include, but is not limited to, a combination of:

  • Karate
  • Weight bearing activities

Who is the group run by?

A personal trainer will run groups up to 6 participants.
