Train your mind, body and spirit with Martial Arts!
Fighting Fit is a fun way to exercise and meet new people in a friendly and positive environment.
Who is this program for?
- Adults aged 18+
- All disabilities are welcome
- Participants must be comfortable in groups, have good receptive language and able to follow simple instructions
- Mixed mobility users welcome, minimum requirement ability to stand and weight bear/ walk (suitable if with assistance)
