A fun and engaging after school activity that will help your child develop the skills for an active and healthy lifestyle.

This inclusive group program promotes healthy development through the use of exercise and nutrition education. Your child will have the opportunity to develop their gross motor skills and overall health & wellbeing in a fun and friendly environment with peers of similar abilities. 

 

Who is this program for?

  • Children aged 8-12 years
  • All abilities are welcome, the program will be altered depending on individual client goals and ability level
  • People who thrive working in an energetic, engaging and often loud group environment
  • Good receptive language skills

 

What does this program cover?

  • Individual strength and fitness assessment by an ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist
  • Education on establishing and maintaining safe and effective exercise regime
  • Assistance with the development of strength, endurance, and gross motor skills
  • Assistance with the development of sports specific skills
  • Education and advice around healthy eating and nutrition

 

Where is this program available?

  • CPA Penshurst: Wednesday 4.00-5.00pm
