Open to people with disability aged 17 and over, as well as their families, carers and support networks, these sessions are suitable for school leavers and adults of all ages exploring supported employment.
Visiting Packforce offers the opportunity to see supported employment in action and gain a clearer understanding of what a typical workday involves. Attendees can explore the workplace, observe daily operations and learn how employees are supported to build practical skills, confidence, independence and workplace connections.
