We’re delighted to announce the re-opening of our Forestville children’s short-term accommodation. After months of exciting renovations our new facilities will be ready to deliver respite services to the community from 29 September 2023. The updates bring more modern and accessible features to the home that cater for children ages 7-17 years with moderate to high complex disabilities.
To celebrate the launch of our Forestville home, please join us for a traditional smoking ceremony and Acknowledgment of Country led by Uncle Leslie McLeod, a custodian and loreman of the Yuin, Dharawal, and Ngarigo cultures.
This will be followed by light refreshments and a tour of our new refurbished home and facilities. You’ll have a chance to connect with our friendly team who will be available to answer your respite questions and chat further about our services.
