Frame Running Group

A fun and social program that helps improve your fitness, mobility and movement.

Frame Running is an innovative and inclusive sport for children, teens, and adults with a disability who have impaired balance and are unable to run independently.

Using a specially designed running frame, participants can experience the freedom of movement and the joy of running—without the need for a walker, wheelchair, or other mobility device.

Each frame is individually fitted and adjusted to suit the needs of the person, helping them move with confidence and independence while building core strength, stability, and coordination.

More than just a sport

Frame Running is a chance to set and achieve fitness goals, make new friends, and enjoy being part of a supportive group where social and community participation thrives.
