As a Registered Training Organisation, CPA is a leader in disability training. We offer nationally recognised qualifications and specific training to support all new staff. So, if you know someone that might want to take advantage of our free formal qualification courses, such as Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability), where they will get paid while they complete their certificate, PLEASE REFER THEM TO US TODAY!
Employment options
We have a range of permanent (full-time & part-time) and casual opportunities available in:
- Accommodation Services – hour teams provide 24/7 support to clients in small group home settings. For permanent work there is a minimum commitment of 3 days per week Mon – Fri across our morning, afternoon and awake evening shifts and one shift on the weekend. For casual work we are flexible with a commitment of 3 days per week any shift.
- Day Programs – our teams support individuals and groups of clients to participate in the community or with personalised programmes. Shifts are generally Mon to Fri between 8.30am – 4pm. A minimum commitment of at least 3 days per week is required.

* Only referrals recruited by CPA to work in Disability Support Practitioner roles in Northern Beaches and North Shore, who also have previous experience in the disability or nursing sector are eligible for this referral bonus (referrals recruited to any other role or work location are NOT eligible for this bonus). Eligibility for the bonus is gained when the referred person is successfully hired, has started with and passed their qualifying period with CPA. The $500 bonus will be split into two payments:
1) $250 Prezzee Digital Gift Card within two weeks of your referral’s first day with CPA
2) $250 Prezzee Digital Gift Card within two weeks of your referral’s successful completion of their 6-month qualifying period with CPA
**Any person who refers a person without their knowledge or consent will automatically be disqualified from receiving this referral bonus.
