The main house comes with an open social space, sizeable kitchen, generous bathroom and three bedrooms. Staff have use of an office and bathroom and there is a lovely alfresco and garden for barbecues.  

Neighbours on one side have dogs in their fenced yard and on the other side renovations are underway.

About the available room

The available room is located in the unit which is attached to the main house. 

Large windows at the front of the unit boasts the space with natural light. The bedroom has a built-in wardrobe with hanging space, drawers and shelving. Ducted air conditioning keeps you comfortable year-round.  

There is a shared living space equipped with a dining table and two chairs, two leather recliners and a wall mounted TV. A sliding glass door leads to a small patio with outdoor chairs and a table. The garden has lockable gates to have either a private or shared space with the residents from the main house.
