About

Georgia

Georgia is a dedicated Speech Pathologist with a passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful communication outcomes. She takes a family-centred approach to therapy, working closely with parents, caregivers, educators, and support teams to build confidence and provide practical strategies that support communication beyond the therapy room.

Georgia has a particular interest in early language intervention, speech sound disorders, and mealtime assessment and intervention. She is committed to delivering evidence-based, strengths-based therapy that supports safe eating and drinking, builds communication skills, and helps children participate more fully in everyday life. With a background in research exploring speech interventions for children with cerebral palsy, Georgia is committed to ongoing learning and helping every child reach their full potential.

Areas of interest/specialties:

  • Mealtime assessment and intervention – supporting safe eating, drinking, and mealtime participation.
  • Speech intervention – improving speech clarity and articulation of speech sounds.
  • Early language intervention – supporting infants and young children to develop early communication, interaction, and language skills.

“I experienced firsthand the positive impact a Speech Pathologist can have on a person’s life, and I wanted to make that same difference for others. Communication plays a vital role in helping people connect with others, express their needs, build relationships, and participate fully in everyday life.”
