Courtney is a Senior Exercise Physiologist with over seven years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults with cerebral palsy and other neurological conditions. She is passionate about helping people build the strength, fitness, balance, and physical skills they need to achieve their goals and participate more fully in everyday life.
Courtney believes exercise should be enjoyable, meaningful, and tailored to each person’s needs. She works closely with individuals, families, and support networks to develop personalised exercise programs that build confidence, improve physical function, and support long-term health and wellbeing. Taking a practical and person-centred approach, Courtney enjoys finding creative ways to incorporate movement into everyday activities, helping people stay active and live the life they want to live.
Areas of interest/specialties: I work across all areas of practice, with a special interest in helping people aged 4 years and older improve their physical function, independence, fitness, and quality of life through tailored exercise intervention
“I know that not everyone loves exercise, so my goal is to make movement enjoyable, meaningful, and part of everyday life. When exercise feels achievable and supports the things that matter most to someone, that’s when lasting change happens.”
