PORT MACQUARIE- Therapy Support Volunteer

CPA Centre gladly accepts volunteers to help out in our busy clinics. Gain invaluable experience in our paediatric setting while also learning more about occupational, speech and physical therapies. Use your time at CPA to gain experience in the therapeutic world, maximise learning opportunities from some of the best paediatric practitioners around, and add invaluable experience to your resume.

In exchange for your commitment, CPA therapists are happy to offer you advice, mentorship, and if you wish, a letter of service in exchange for your dedication and assistance.

Volunteering for the purposes of therapy will vary from day-to-day. In fact, many good  therapy volunteer roles give students a chance to see how entire healthcare teams work synergistically together. This is an important dynamic for students to see, since being part of a larger team is a crucial part of a therapist’s job, no matter what setting they practice in.
