Position: Senior Speech Pathologist

Dott holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Speech Pathology) and a Master of Special Education. She joined Cerebral Palsy Alliance in 1997 and continues to enjoy a long career supporting families and clients to achieve their goals.

Dott has extensive experience and is highly skilled in assessment and management of a wide range of eating, drinking, speech and language difficulties in children and adults with disabilities.

She is an active and innovative therapist who incorporates  a child’s interests to make therapy fun and rewarding.

Dott is equally passionate about supporting adults to be included, and to participate, in their communities by working collaboratively to address mealtime and communication concerns.

Dott uses an evidenced-based practice model to guide intervention.
