This club is for junior boccia players to have fun, make friends and to develop their skills.
Boccia is a Paralympic sport, similar to lawn bowls, played indoors with soft leather balls. It’s a target sport with the objective of getting your balls closest to the jack (white ball) than your opponent.
What is involved?
- Practise basic skills and rules of Boccia through modified games
- Team activities with other aspiring Boccia players
- Practise match play in friendly games and learn basic rules of the game
Who is this program for?
- 5-18 years
- No experience necessary
- Suitable for all abilities types
