The multi sport program is designed for school aged children looking to learn and develop new sports skills, make friends and have fun in an engaging group setting. 

Have fun and make friends playing sport!

  • Learn basic skills of different sports with a qualified sports coach/personal trainer
  • Play a variety of modified games in every sport like football, table tennis, tennis, basketball, cricket, Boccia, volley ball, AFL and more!
  • Make some new friends in a safe and friendly environment 


Who is this program for?

  • This program is suitable for children and teens aged 5-18 years of all diagnoses
  • Participants must be comfortable in group lessons and can follow simple instructions (good receptive language)


Who is the program run by?

  • A Personal trainer will run groups up to 8 participants.


Where is this program available at?

  • CPA Allambie Heights – Wednesday 4-5pm
  • CPA Penshurst (Morris Iemma Centre, Riverwood) – Monday  4-5pm
  • CPA Kingswood (Penrith Valley Regional Sports Centre) – Thursday 3.45-4.30pm
  • CPA Prairiewood – Saturday 10-11:00am
