Russell is a highly experienced Accredited Exercise Physiologist and member of Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA), specialising in supporting people with disability and complex needs to improve their functional outcomes, health, and quality of life. He works with clients across the lifespan, from adolescence through to older adulthood, delivering services in both individual and group settings, onsite and within the community.
Russell is passionate about helping clients and their support networks build confidence and develop sustainable lifestyle strategies that encourage physical activity and participation in everyday life. He takes a collaborative approach, empowering individuals to achieve their goals and maximise their wellbeing.
In addition to his clinical work, Russell is committed to advancing the allied health profession through clinical mentoring, student supervision, and contributions to professional and academic education in Exercise Physiology.
