Quinn and Noah completed the 2.5km event using their frame runners, with their families by their side
For both participants, race day was about much more than crossing the finish line. It was an opportunity to challenge themselves, celebrate their progress and experience the excitement of being part of a major community event.
Quinn and Noah have been attending the Monday afternoon Frame Running program at CPA Kingswood since 2024, where they’ve been building their confidence, fitness and running skills each week. Completing the Sydney 10 marked another important milestone in their Frame Running journey.
Having parents and family members participating alongside the runners created a fun, supportive atmosphere throughout the event. Every cheer, high five and finish-line celebration reflected the sense of teamwork and community that makes Frame Running so rewarding.
Frame Running is an inclusive sport that enables children and adults with mobility challenges to experience the freedom of running using a specially designed three-wheeled running frame. Along the way, participants can improve their fitness, develop new skills, build confidence and enjoy being active with others.
Following their success at the Sydney 10, Quinn and Noah are already looking ahead to their next challenge – the Billbergia Bennelong Bridge Run, where they’ll compete in both the 500m Frame Running race and the 2.5km Fun Run.
