Fun, Friends and Fitness through Sport

CPA’s multi-sports program offers the opportunity for kids and teenagers to learn and develop a range of new sports skills and explore new adventures in an inclusive and social environment. 

ALLAMBIE
There will be two separate sessions for primary and high school students (specific dates and times for both sessions to be advised). 

CANBERRA
Depending on numbers, programs may be combined. 

Note: The programs run on weekdays only.

What does it involve?

ALLAMBIE

Primary school program

  • Ball sports such as netball, football, tennis, basketball
  • Physical challenges, such as Ninja Warrior course, skipping and bike riding 
  • Note: Some kids may be eligible to join selective high school activities if conditions are suitable

High school program

Specific activities and sports to be advised closer to program start dates. These may include:

  • 15 April: Hawkesbury ferry and hiking adventure 
  • 16 April: Bike riding and swimming at Sydney Olympic Park
  • 17 April: Mini golf and multi-sports
  • 18 April: Visiting the bounce centre and multi-sports
  • 19 April: Surfing and beach sports at Manly
  • 22 April: Beach day and coastal hike 
  • 23 April: Narrabeen Lake kayaking and bike day 
  • 24 April: Mountain bike adventure

CANBERRA

Each day there will be a different sport on offer. These may include:

  • Touch football
  • Soccer
  • Hockey
  • Tennis
What are the outcomes?
Who is the program for?
  • Allambie: Participants: Aged 7-12 years (half day sessions) and 13-18 years (full day session)
  • Allambie: Ages 10-12 years may be eligible to join selective high school activities (enquire for more information)
  • Canberra: Kids and teens ages 7-18 years
  • Who can participate independently
  • Comfortable within a group environment
  • Looking to have fun, meet like-minded friends and build their fitness through sport
