Improve your fitness and socialise

Youth Strength and Conditioning is an exercise group tailored specifically for teenagers who want to improve their fitness for sport and high demand activities. It’s also an opportunity to meet others and socialise in an energising and friendly environment.

Every session is run by an experienced exercise physiologist who tailors the program to suit a group setting as well as the unique goals of each participant. Particular emphasis is placed on increasing:

  • Strength
  • Power
  • Endurance
  • Agility
  • Stamina


Who is this program for?

  • 13-25 years
  • All abilities are welcome, the program will be altered depending on individual client goals and ability level
  • People who thrive working in an energetic, engaging and often loud group environment


How does the program work?

  1. An ESSA-accredited exercise physiologist will provide you and your child with a thorough initial assessment identifying family goals and needs.
  2. Your child will attend one weekly session and receive an individualised home exercise program to complete once or twice a week.
  3. Your child will be re-assessed during the program period and a thorough review document will be provided, detailing progress made and a plan to move forward with.
