* Only referrals recruited by CPA to work in the following 3 role types are eligible for this referral bonus – Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist and Speech Pathologist (referrals recruited to any other roles are NOT eligible for this bonus). Eligibility for the bonus is gained when the referred person is successfully hired, has started with and passed their qualifying period with CPA. The $500 bonus will be split into two payments:
1) $250 Prezzee Digital Gift Card within two weeks of your referral’s first day with CPA
2) $250 Prezzee Digital Gift Card within two weeks of your referral’s successful completion of their 6-month qualifying period with CPA
**Any person who refers a person without their knowledge or consent will automatically be disqualified from receiving this referral bonus.
