We believe in finding people with the ‘right’ can-do, caring and empathetic attitude. We will then provide our new staff with all the training and support they need to be successful in their new career.

As a Registered Training Organisation, CPA is a leader in disability training. We offer nationally recognised qualifications and specific training to support new staff to be successful. So, whether they are new to the industry or not, they may also want to take advantage of our free formal qualification courses, such as Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability), where they will get paid while they complete their certificate.
Employment options
We have a range of permanent (full-time or part-time) and casual opportunities available in:
- Accommodation Services – here you’ll be part of a team that provide 24/7 assistance to clients in small group home settings. We have a variety of shifts available, all we ask for is a minimum availability from you of 3 days a week.
- Day Programs – where you’ll assist individuals and groups of clients to participate in the community or with personalised programs. Shifts are generally 6 hours Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:00am to 3:30pm.

* Only referrals recruited by CPA to work in Disability Support Practitioner roles are eligible for this referral bonus (referrals recruited to any other role are NOT eligible for this bonus). Eligibility for the bonus is gained when the referred person is successfully hired, has started with and passed their qualifying period with CPA. The $500 bonus will be split into two payments:
1) $250 Prezzee Digital Gift Card within two weeks of your referral’s first day with CPA
2) $250 Prezzee Digital Gift Card within two weeks of your referral’s successful completion of their 6-month qualifying period with CPA
**Any person who refers a person without their knowledge or consent will automatically be disqualified from receiving this referral bonus.
