Join CPA and take advantage of our competitive remuneration packages. We package remuneration to make the most of the tax concessions available to not-for-profit organisations.

Novated car leases

CPA has partnered with Eziway to enable our employees to access Novated car leases. Eziway can also help employees get up-front discounts on the purchase of a new vehicle.

Fully maintained vehicles

Some roles at CPA are entitled to a fully maintained company motor vehicle as part of their remuneration package. Contact our Talent Acquisition team to find out if this benefit applies to a role you are interested in.

Superannuation

The Cerebral Palsy Alliance Superannuation Plan (Australian Retirement Trust) is the default superannuation fund for all employees. For eligible CPA Employees the plan includes flexible insurance cover with default cover paid for by CPA, access to a range of investment options, and access to their member rewards program.

If your new role with us is covered by our Allied Health and Related Practitioners Enterprise Agreement, you may opt to join HESTA’s superannuation plan instead.

Alternatively, employees have the option to have their Superannuation Guarantee Contributions (SGC) paid into another plan of their choice.

Superannuation calculations

For salary packaged employees, we calculate the Superannuation Guarantee Contributions (SGC) on equivalent gross salary (which is made up of taxable gross salary and grossed up tax-free expenses). Based on this calculation, CPA employees generally receive a higher SGC amount paid into the superannuation scheme than employees working for most other not-for-profit organisations.

Low cost life insurance

Members of the Cerebral Palsy Alliance Superannuation Plan (Australian Retirement Trust), also have access to Standard Death and Total & Permanent Disablement Cover (often known as life insurance) as part of their plan, and CPA pays the premium for this cover.
