Nationally recognised qualifications
Training Alliance is our Registered Training Organisation (RTO). At CPA we offer you the opportunity to complete nationally recognised qualifications whilst you work! External professional development
In addition to having access to our internal learning and development programs, our employees are supported to attend relevant external professional development activities or to study towards a formally recognised qualification.
Annual Professional Development Scholarship Fund
CPA’s Annual Professional Development scholarship fund is an amazing opportunity for permanent employees to apply to attend a study tour to investigate a topic or issue, or explore new and inspiring practices, that are being implemented overseas and could be brought back to Australia to benefit our organisation and/or clients.
Leadership programs

CPA’s Leadership programs include regular leadership forums, our New to Role Transition Program, our Building Futures Leadership Group, Thought Leaders Labs and alumni events that enable program participants to network and stay connected.
Clinical supervision
It is essential that our clinical staff have the skills, knowledge and support necessary to provide effective, outcome-focused and evidence based services for clients. Our experienced Clinical Educators and Consultants provide clinical supervision, mentoring and ongoing professional development support for clinicians throughout their career.

Want to become a member of National Disability Practitioners (NDP)? At CPA we will reimburse your annual membership fee if you choose to join.
Student scholarship program
Our student scholarship program is open to students from one of our partner universities in the final year of their undergraduate or Master’s degree. A maximum of $1,500 is awarded to successful applicants at the completion of their final clinical placement.
